When Will My Order Ship?
All items currently ship within 2-3 business days (sometimes sooner).
Can I Track My Order?
When you successfully place an order, you will promptly receive an email confirmation that includes your unique order number. As soon as your order is shipped, we will provide you with the tracking information via email. Please note that it may take a few days for the tracking information to fully update, so we appreciate your patience during this process.
Return & Exchange Policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, damage, or excessive handling.
Size exchanges are also accepted within 14 days. We offer one complimentary exchange per order—we’ll cover the return shipping for that first size swap.
For standard returns, a flat $5 return shipping fee applies. To start a return, email us at support@letgod.co. (note: the extension is .co not .com)
What If I Didn’t Receive My Package?
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items—including porch theft. We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier office. If nothing turns up, we can help you file a missing mail claim and provide documentation to support your case.
What Carriers Do You Use for Shipping?
We use most major carriers, including USPS and UPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
